Analogies In Studies And Life

I have a teacher who gives relatable analogies between studies and life. It is powerful. It can help you understand a topic if you know its relation in life and vice-versa. The example he gave was the importance of supports in beams, struts (including columns) and life.

In beams and struts, if the length of the body is the same, then the deflection depends on the type of support it has. Similarly, in life, our path depends on the support we have.

It’s a proven fact that analogies help us learn, and we should use them to our benefit.
